About Janet Spadola

Janet knows what it’s like to move from career inertia to an invigorated life! 

 
Having journeyed from a “typical” Washingtonian career on Capitol Hill then into technology sales during her first few decades, Janet had a hunger in her soul for more. 

Her “aha” moment came after she earned a Masters in Counseling then discovered that as a certified coach she could engage her business lens to help leaders re-imagine their own careers. 

Today, with two decades of experience as a certified Executive and Personal Life Coach as well as a trainer, career adviser and speaker, Janet has conducted hundreds of workshops, worked with thousands of clients and facilitated positive behavioral shifts, attitudinal changes and professional/personal improvements within the full spectrum of the workforce.

An enthusiastic and creative partner, Janet has coached leaders from a diverse mix of industries including government, professional services, non-profits, high-tech, law firms, and communications.
